These terms are between you and Feroz Riaz, founder of Tarjiva (we plan to incorporate Tarjiva, Inc. in Delaware, and it will take over from Feroz Riaz once it exists) ("we", "us"). By using this website or the Tarjiva demo, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
The demo is free, in development, and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It may change, be limited or stop at any time. Machine translation and transcription can be wrong: check prices, quantities, specifications and anything else important before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for the messages you send to others.
You keep all rights to the text and audio you submit. You let us and our service providers process it only to give you the result. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or other people's sensitive personal data. See the privacy policy.
Don't use the service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, infringe anyone's rights, or get around the demo's limits, and don't try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it.
The demo is free. Paid plans or pilots will only start under a separate written agreement.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on a translation without checking it. Our total liability for the free demo is limited to US$100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
