The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your glossary and language choices are saved in your own browser's local storage and are only sent to us as part of a translation request.
We don't keep demo text or audio after we return the result, we don't use it to train models, and we don't sell personal data.
Demo content is processed for us by these providers, only to produce your result:
We use their business or API terms and turn off use of our data for model improvement wherever the provider offers that setting. Providers may keep data for a short period under their own terms, for example to prevent abuse. These providers are in the United States and other countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live.
Voice replies can also be read aloud by your own device's built-in voices, in which case the text stays on your device.
Businesses in the pilot will get a written agreement covering what content we process, how long we keep it and who can access it.
Demo content: not stored by us. Emails: kept as long as needed to deal with your request and our business records.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing hello@tarjiva.com. We'll respond within 30 days and handle requests under the data protection laws that apply to you, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the EU GDPR where it applies.
The service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 18.
